I personally have not gotten that much more junk e-mail. I have talked to some people though that have been having problems with it and are trying to figure out how to better filter it out.

It's very difficult for most people to meet their vitamin D requirements through diet alone. Most people, in fact, need a supplement in order to meet their adequate levels. Fortified cow's milk, fortified soy milk and fortified orange juice are all good sources. But again, without a supplement, it's very difficult to hit optimum levels.

This gives me a chance to branch out and see what's out there.
