Everywhere I know of, people complain about the decline in manners.

When you feel that the people you are dealing with day to day don't have manners, it gives you the feeling that the world is somehow coming apart. It makes you feel that everything is out of control.

Manners are how you show how you're going to relate to someone else.

It´s going to be a while, I can promise you that, ... I don´t foresee (burials) happening for at least two weeks.
