I put all the blame on myself. We can sit up here and say the stick was slippery or whatever, but the bottom line is that we practice on these sticks every day. I was trying to pull for it and it slipped out of my hand. It's my fault.

He just simply doesn't want to go through the hassle any more. I don't blame him. It would be almost unjust to go further.

And if you get caught up in combing the Internet for what people think of you or how people perceive you, I think that's a slippery slope.
