Can you really forgive if you can't forget?

You can’t move on, if you haven’t forgiven yourself, yet.

Forgive yourself for your faults and your mistakes and move on.

Forgive and forget what had happened. Do not brood over your past mistakes and failures. Relax !!! You are constantly evolving. Love yourself to bits.
