I really believe in teamwork and competitiveness. I want competitive people. I want people who want to win. I am really competitive, almost too competitive. So I really want them to be competitive and have the desire to win.

In retail we can't really get together at Christmastime, so we make a vacation of this.

I was always pretty competitive. But I know that I didn't learn everything I've learned until I was older. Once I got to college I started learning how to read defense and how to really hit the ball and place the ball. In high school I could just out and hit the ball and I knew it. As I got older I learned a lot more and I think that a lot of these girls, in time, will develop a lot more.

We still haven't figured out a good rotation. We're trying to find something that works for us, and we'll work at it until we get something.

I think that it makes them closer and makes them more positive toward each other. They seem to be always pushing each other to do better, always striving to make each other better, which amazes me.

We had elementary students who were doing [image] manipulation with some very sophisticated software. That surprised me, that we had elementary students working at that level.
