Zac is turning some difficult plays into big plays.

Zac is playing way ahead of last year. I couldn't be more pleased with him right now. He's making all the right decisions and is showing good evasion skills.

Our equipment manager, Jason Pierce, thought it would show better on the jersey. I was totally supportive of that because I did want it to show and I did want people to know that he was a great man, and that we're proud to be a part of his program.

He was a very special man. He was a strong supporter of our program and he really, really cared. We're very honored to have the opportunity to wear his (uniform) number. He was a great, great player, but he was also a great, great man. We just think it's the right thing to do. Our players are pleased and excited about it.
