I really love showing up at work at 10 A.M., trying to make it funny until 3 P.M., and then going home. It's like comedy bankers' hours.

Nothing is better than showing up twice a week, acting like a 12 year-old for two hours, and then going home.

The issue is, you're not going to have a lot of inflation showing up when you have no velocity.

Major labels didn't start showing up really until they smelled money, and that's all they're ever going to be attracted to is money-that's the business they're in- making money.
