I really loved the kids we had tonight. We went high and we went low (with the jokes and material) and a couple of places in between.

Our conduct should be such that we are loved by one and all..the high as well as the low. It also describes the importance of good health because in order to perform all our duties efficiently we need to be in good health.

He loved to tell bad jokes.
