I really want to whack someone.

Today I got irritated. I got used to playing the run, to being in the play. If I do not do it, I don't feel a part of it.

That's a whack of snow.

Whack, whack. It never grows back.

There were some tempers that flared and got out of whack for about two days and then festered some over the winter, which did concern me. It's been taken care of now.

It throws too many things out of whack if you do that. It's going to shorten Pedro [Martinez], and maybe [Tom] Glavine's turns, and you don't want to do that. You want your best pitchers to pitch. You don't want to lengthen their time away from taking the ball. You want to give them the ball more, actually.
