I remember when I went there (on a recruiting visit) the coach (Steve Leach) said, 'Hey, man, you want a Heisman (Trophy) candidate throwing you the ball?' That was Jason Thomas, I think, playing quarterback. I told them I didn't want to do that, and I ended up going to Iowa State.
