I see it as all pluses because they're working with the highest possible level of talent. When they go to less-skilled athletes, that game is going to seem slower to them and they're going to be able to call the plays better.

We want them to understand there are three teams in every sporting event - the two teams that are competing and the officiating team.

You can just get up there and play, and are accepted. It's exceptional. There is so much talent, and a great fan base that really knows and appreciates so many different types of music. And the bands and fans all support each other. It really is like a big family.

Talent is nothing more than a pursued interest.

This program is another way in which we are working with local high schools and universities to develop future talent for our organization here on Long Island. We hope this program will help us generate more interest in the sciences from the junior and senior high school level to develop tomorrow's aerospace industry leaders.
