I really wanted to come out in the second half and show that we had more than we had showed in the first half. We came out and started hitting our shots and our confidence just grew from there.

Occasionally, we ran across something that was completely a surprise, that showed we hadn't understood the customer's need completely.

I think there are still some things they need to work out in the formula. It's new, so you have to figure there will be some tweaking involved to make sure it's a valid ranking.
