I spoke with Joey on Wednesday and we are hoping to move things along within the next week or so.

We are currently conducting an asbestos abatement. That should be complete within the next week, and we're hoping that demolition will be completed by mid-May.

Temperatures will begin to moderate on Sunday. By Wednesday of next week, we might even see a rain shower or two.
