I stayed at UNCC because I saw that great things could be accomplished here. At other schools, traditions were already made. I realized at UNCC, I had the power to shape the University and make new traditions.

I saw a lot of schools and a lot of traditions, but never anything like that. It was incredible, having thousands of people there just to watch you walk over to your field.

There is great progress already this year, but there is still more work to be done.

Many schools throughout the nation provide a post prom for students and find it to be a very successful event.

I think the Tennessee Lottery has really helped the Tennessee schools. A lot more than Kentucky. It's just given them a lot more opportunities and things and I think it's a good thing.
