I still think that what she's going to do is present it to the grand jury before she makes a comment on what happened.

The American people are entitled to the facts. The grand jury is entitled to the facts. That is our job, to get the facts and we are going to do everything we can to get the facts,

They wouldn't go in front of the grand jury unless they had something to go after.

I remember when I knew she was going to have to testify in the grand jury and I felt terrible because she'd been through the loss of her sister, this horrible accident at Christmas that killed her brother, and her mother was in the hospital. I was trying to make her understand that I didn't want her to be untruthful to the grand jury and if her memory was different than mine, it was fine, just go in there and tell them what she thought. So that's all I remember.

Can you force this district attorney to present (charges of perjury) to a grand jury? That's what we're asking for.
