I take my leading skill very seriously. I don't like sit back and watch people do the wrong thing. I'm a motivational leader. I love quotes, I just try to put that motivation in you to bring you to your best potential.

I'm not a real stern person. I'm very sarcastic, joking around 24-7. No one on this team is very serious. In game situations and points where I think we should be at a higher potential I get a little mean. With these girls, it's a little different because I know they're striving their hardest.

The hump is now getting past the Cedar Run District, now that it's our district. If we get past that we'll take it all the way, at least in my mind.

It's really no different, I respect every girl out here just as much if they were a senior. I don't feel I'm superior over any of them. I feel they're all equal to me. I don't feel like I control any of them. I feel like we can all get along.
