I tell the players that the bus is moving. This club has to progress. And the bus wouldn't wait for them. I tell them to get on board.

It's important our concentration is on the game tomorrow because we realize it's such a vital game for the club. Over the years we have been very good in this group stage and always had good form and we've got to rely on that home form now because winning tomorrow will put us in a much stronger position than we are at the moment.

You are responsible to each other because when you win a game of football, you only need eight players to perform well.

If we can play like that every week we'll get some level of consistency.
