I think a lot of it is the lack of knowledge. A lot of the students don't know about it.

The first time they mowed the grass, they were gone. It could be a full-time job just replacing the signs.

Since they decided to have a transit system on campus, we decided we're just going to Band-Aid it until we know what's going to happen.

I loved it. The students were great and well-mannered. They cheered and really enjoyed it. And at the end of the program, I was so thrilled when one of the students came up on stage and said 'I love jazz!' It was thrilling. I loved it.

There are a lot of creative ways on how you could address staffing. Using students, using retired personnel, using personnel who don't normally work with patients. But you can only say for sure what you're going to do when it happens.

We want to keep the best students in Minnesota.
