What happens, I think, is especially for comic effect you find something about yourself that you don't like. You exaggerate it, and it's funny.

I think that Griffin's view is that this is something that NASA should do internally. I really don't know how he views culture. It's a controversial area and there are legitimate positions all over the map on it.

I don't think that we as a group worked as strong early in the game as they did, and that was the difference. If you look at a team like Los Angeles, they are successful because they are pulling together in the same boat.
