I think his goals would have been to win districts in outdoor, do well in regions, qualify for the state meet, see how that shook out.

They?re the deepest. Everybody has good athletes [at] certain places. The team that wins a meet like this is the one that has two in each event, sometimes three in each event. That will really make the difference. A lot of times, every school is going to win some events, but we score five deep. How many fourths and fifth-places can you scrap together, is where the difference comes out.

We allowed two goals each half and I wasn't to happy about that. We weren't as sharp as we should be in our first league game.

To give up two quick goals like that ... we just weren't sharp.

Small goals are mostly individuals getting better, especially in the area of blocking, because we are so young.

Scoring 10 goals in a game, I don't know if we've ever done that.
