I think it does deserve reconsideration. It will be one of my priorities.

One of the reasons there is reluctance among business users is that they have higher priorities.

I can't imagine drastic reductions. The president made this one of his priorities. Not only will some of the traditional Hill supporters oppose drastic reductions, but (so would) the president himself.

One of my top priorities will be making sure farmers and ranchers get a fair shake and access to markets for their products.
