I think it is a historical tragic mistake to open the peace agreement between Israel and Egypt and to enable Egyptian troops to be deployed on the Israeli border again.

Egypt is doing to us in the south what Syria is doing to America in Iraq.

I say very clearly that Israel is not spying in the United States or against the United States.

I can tell you with confidence that Israel is not spying in the United States or in the Pentagon -- period, ... Since the [Jonathan] Pollard case 20 years ago, there was clear and firm decision not to spy against the United States government or in the United States, and therefore I am 100 percent confident that there is no Israeli involvement in this case.

We must all be concerned about the threats that the Shin Bet head spoke about. Israel must stop playing ping pong... and nip the threat in the bud.

They deny the right of Israel to exist. They opposed the very peace negotiations. They are against the agreement.
