I think it is an isolated situation. It's just a piece that wore out. I don't think it's symptomatic of a larger problem.

I think it became overwhelming for them. Hopefully, I won't have to revisit this situation, but I certainly learned from that experience.

The public is willing to pay tolls. What they're not willing to do is stop and pay at toll booths.

One of the concerns is that if we wait to build, the cost of construction will continue to escalate, increasing the debt we have to repay or lessening the amount of roads we are able to build.
