I think it really speaks well of the program, when you're preparing your assistants and they're put in a position to become head coaches.

She's not there yet, but the top international players are making over $200,000 a year now. It speaks well of the sport.

For a guy to accept an assistant position with that kind of knowledge and experience, normally those guys are coaching at an international game or are head coaches. He's the kind of person that we're fortunate to have as part of our program.

I think the fact that it was unanimous speaks to the fact that it was an easy decision (to reject the offer).

It is certainly a precarious position for the program.

Chris and the school getting that recognition of a scholarship to a Division I-AA program I think will be a huge boost to this program in the future.
