I think it was a good first match. We can play better, but this was a good place to start.

I think a lot of them have played the back nine before, but it's not one we normally play as a team. This is one of the first matches where we've had our top six together.

I think this is the best team I've ever coached here. There haven't been any nail-bitters so far.

We have a lot of people close to the same ability. The other ones are similar; their scores are within six or eight. We're very balanced this season.

They played pretty well considering the wet conditions. We needed to shoot well, too, because the match was closer than we expected. This was their (Country Day's) third loss in league, but they played pretty well.

It's always a little frustrating when you have to sit out and watch your team play. You just want to get out there and play.
