I think it was a really successful season. We exceeded expectations and accomplished more than any boys basketball team before.

It exceeded all our expectations.

We had high expectations. August exceeded even our own high expectations.

The boys have expectations for (Wednesday). They want to finish in the top six. And that's great. I'm not sure if it's realistic this early, but if we can shoot 330, we'll be great. That's the boys' goal. That's where they want to be at.

The invention of basketball was not an accident. It was developed to meet a need. Those boys simply would not play 'Drop the Handkerchief.'

I think they exceeded my expectations and their own. They're still learning what it's like to play high-school ball. But we're shooting for state. We're in second place right now, and we control our own destiny.
