I think it would be a great teen center. Why let it sit and waste away? It's already here and now is the opportunity to fix it and take it from an eyesore to a community asset.

Nampa already has it. They just need to uncover it and let everybody know they have it.

I think we all realized that we had really been replicating things that had already been happening. I don't know if we were smart enough to realize that we were in a cul-de-sac, but we were curious.

Firemen can do almost everything. You already trust them in life-threatening situations; why not let them help you with your everyday problems, too?

We've already talked about that and they're OK with that. I want them to hear that from me and let them know I'm going to finish what I started. Hopefully that'll mean we're running track into May.

The Hanford site already has radioactivity from burial (of nuclear waste) over the last 40-50 years leaking into the Columbia River -- that's admitted by the Department of Energy. And, radioactivity was known to be in the tumbleweeds back in December (of 1998). That was admitted. That's what's burning right now.
