I think it's a big victory for Rosie. Who doesn't?, ... Rosie didn't want this fight. She wouldn't have brought this lawsuit if they didn't sue her (first). She just wanted to show that the claims were unjustified.

The fight isn't over until you win.

This week has been a big victory for stocks. We weathered the continuous stream of bad news a lot better and we weren't shocked when companies warned for the third quarter. Investors are starting to forget about the past and focus on the future.

If there be no enemy there's no fight. If no fight, no victory and if no victory there is no crown.

We know we are in for another big fight,

When we got the victory, everybody was celebrating. But I really wasn't celebrating, because we've got to build from this win. We can't just win and get inconsistent. We have to stay consistent.
