I think it's a great hire. I remember Glen as a player. I think he's an upcoming star in the coaching ranks.

He's just a passionate player out there. This upcoming game he'll be able to redeem himself. I don't think he'll make that mistake again.

I had been playing with Glen since I was a kid. I remember at 9 or 10 years old wanting to be him so much. He was very respected and admired.

So far he's had a miraculous recovery, he's done really well. He's got another surgery upcoming, but he's better than we could have possibly hoped.

But I think the special players can do special things. He's a special player. He's the best lineman I've ever been around.
