I think it's Dr. Daniel who's really charting a course, and recruitment is very important to Dr. Daniel. In the tradition of recruiting the best and the brightest students to UTD and really getting the word out to new populations of students that quality legacy that already exists.

We want to reach more out-of-state, such as New Mexico, Oklahoma. In addition to that, we're also going to look at areas where we see an increase in the number of students that graduate high school.

We certainly want to provide the service that we've always been able to provide, and definitely improve on our customer service.

This kind of information is critical when charting the future course of active adult living. For example, seeing a huge increase in the number of people looking to relocate for retirement and interested in active adult communities, we need to be ready with new communities that fit the wants and needs of this demographic when they are ready to move.
