I think it's great that we have more upscale projects.

We had 20 locations last year. We ran out of soup everywhere, spoons, everything. We were preparing for 200-300 people and we had more than 1,000. We're ready this time -- every restaurant is making 8-10 gallons of soup. We've prepared for 2,000 people, really.

If you want to cover all of them, it'd be in your best interests to start at noon. That's a lot of soup.

He has been a friend of The Bridge for a long time and he has helped us with projects before many years ago and you know the Olympics were just over with and we're doing the whole silver, bronze, gold thing and his story is just Olympic size and very inspirational.

Ultimately, no matter how many projects you considered, you can't please everyone.

One of the things that is really needed in cultural services is somebody to look at the mayor's big projects. They need somebody there at the right hand of the director working for the mayor, pulling those pieces together to make sure the vision gets across.
