I think maybe people are skiing and going out to dinner and not shopping.

I am very sorry for those people who lost their horses here. We are aware that we are very much in the spotlight and yesterday was as difficult as I can remember. We thought we were over significant loss of horses - it had not been on the agenda in recent seasons.

We aren't able to give as much to people and we aren't as wealthy as we once were, ... This is not a popularity contest and we have to do something.
