I think our guys expect success. They feel like they should be successful. When you have good athletes who are confident in what they're doing, good things happen.

Defense is the first, second and last priority. And when you can shut someone down, it makes everything a lot easier.

This is just a demonstration of how talented those athletes really are. I think from this success, it's even going to create better training environments and obviously hopefully some funding as well.

He is happy to see the success New Zealand athletes are enjoying and is happy to be associated with the team. He would not be there if he did not think he had something to offer.

Our partners are as vital to the success of this event as the athletes and host cities. Their belief in this race, support of our vision and commitment to ensuring that this event was a great experience for everyone involved made this one of the greatest first-year events that I have ever been a part of.

A key to success for the girls team will be the development of new athletes. Many of the freshmen have looked very strong in the early going and could make an impact right away.
