I think our process has worked pretty well. It's hard for me to believe anyone would be scared off by this process.

I think this group needs to get to that level before they are comfortable.

My feeling is we have been generous in the past, and I don't know if we can continue to do it in the near future. If things come around, we can do it again.

It's funny. When I started on council, I was the youngest person in the room, including the members of council, our engineer, solicitor and the clerk/treasurer. Now I'm the oldest person in the room. I guess I've been here a long time, but I still enjoy serving on council.

The market is down from its high a bit, but still pretty steady. I don't know if you see any particular trend anywhere.

He's done that a couple of times this year, so Tyler's a pretty cool customer. It was a great game that just came right down to the end.
