I think oversight is a function of any committee and keeps everybody honest.

I've been writing about a subject I love as long as I can remember--horses and the people associated with them, anyplace, anywhere, anytime. Microsoft's response is not at all unexpected. We continue to believe that a breakup of this company is arbitrary, given the increasingly blurred line between application and operating systems. We believe that the company should win on appeal.
