I think putting it out anonymously backfired for us. It hurt our sales because people want a name. They wanted a real person.

And really, it hasn't hurt our CD sales. People out there look at the price of a download in a different way. This is disposable music. It's a way for them to sample something without making a large investment. They'll pay the 99 cents for one cut and either decide to try the whole album or not. If they like it, they'll maybe go out and purchase the CD.

Their physical size hurt us. They have more kids than we do and they wore us down. They executed well. They made fewer mistakes tonight.

Delphi is really important for us. If it runs into problems, it could hurt us, too.

As has been widely discussed, February sales were likely hurt by a record- breaking snowstorm that hit in the middle of the month and by unusually-warm weather in January, which likely pulled some early-spring sales forward.

To ignore them means that people will be hurt and people will be killed.
