I think Ricky is a tremendous quarterback, probably one of the best quarterbacks I have ever been around,

They've had our number the last couple years. Their quarterback is one of the best quarterbacks in the league.

The guy's one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL. To tie him up and say he just has to do what we expect him to do, hey, the defense may not be cooperating and there may be something better . . . why not? He's out there, he's a good athlete, and he understands what we're trying to get done.

You look at Rob, he's fast. He's very athletic. Probably more athletic than 95 percent of the quarterbacks in the league. But does that win you games all by itself? No. I think you have to have the whole package. Mobility alone is not the key thing in this offense. What's important is knowing where everybody is, getting rid of the ball quickly, making good decisions and completing a high percentage of your passes.

The downside probably is, what's your depth at quarterback?

This was a great comeback, probably one of the best that I have been involved in.
