I think some people are picturing this overnight development, and it doesn't work that way.

It's a highly specialized skill. You don't find those kind of people walking around all the time.

It can make or break their success if they're ready to hit the big time and can't raise the adequate funding. That can be the end of them.

We need to get back in the gym and work. Teams are coming at us real hard, and we're not responding like we should be. But we'll get it together by the time the weekend comes around.
