I think that the market will remain robust and I think that we are going to continue to see a lot of East Coast and West Coast money coming here. It looks like it will be another good year to sell.

I think pricing has gotten even more aggressive, interest rates have stayed pretty level and there is still a ton of capital out in the market looking to be placed.

As the cost to provide natural gas to our citizens increases, I am reminding Michigan's utilities that the MPSC will be watching closely to ensure that charges passed on are reasonable and appropriate -- and no more, ...
