I think the defense, just like the prosecution did early on, is trying the case in the national media. I'm really sort of surprised a judge hasn't placed a gag order.

I don't believe it was proper or ethical for over 70 interviews to be granted to the media prior to the full investigation of the case.

I believe a case should not be tried in the news media, that a case should be tried - any case should be tried - in a court of law. That would be after all the facts are gathered, all the evidence is in ... and the jury reaches a verdict.
