I think the height is where we asked them to put it, the sidewalks are in there, and I'm prepared to vote in favor of the variances they requested. It would be a good thing for downtown, certainly better than the warehouse that's there now.

We are told a lot of high-tech companies are interested in putting offices or allowing people to live in a certain town only if you have that capability. I think attracting high-tech industry is going to be our future. That's a first step we have to have.
