I think the market has already discounted that the actual number tends to be a bit off (versus estimates), ... As long as we get something that is near estimates, the market should be OK with it.

We've now changed the valuation of the stock market quite a bit, ... If anything, the earnings estimates have been going up and stocks have been going down. The price-to-earnings ratio on forward earnings is now down to about 15 times, which is very low relative to interest rates and inflation at the present time.

Terra has come under a little bit of pressure through just the actual number of new shares that are being issued with the Lycos merger, but it seems to have a great level of stability over the last few weeks,

I would take a pause and see how it goes. I think the big move has been made already.
