I think the publicly traded companies will be very careful making acquisitions in the future and concentrate on operations versus being the largest. Currently, asking prices are too high relative to what publicly-traded companies are willing to pay.

I think the judge will discuss the future schedule in the courtroom because the process is closely connected to the substance of the government's proposal. Under the guise of process, you could see a debate about substance of government's proposals.

A company with a static supply chain strategy will not be successful in the future.

If the issue is, is it a near certainty that at some time in the future there will some group, probably a terrorist group, that attempts to bring to bear either the use or the threat of a chemical or biological operation, I would say that is highly likely to happen sometime in the next few years.

We must look ahead to the future. With good planning and good leadership, Colorado will remain well ahead of the curve.
