I think the way you survive as a teacher is that you teach the kids so damn well that they are going to do well on tests anyway.

After they look at it and see how their kids did, I would encourage them to speak with their teacher and schedule a conference to address any deficiencies.

We figure that by Monday (of spring break), moms and dads are looking for something to do with their kids.
