I think there's a difference between calling people out and understanding the role that the press plays in a free society.

Freedom of the press is not an end in itself but a means to the end of achieving a free society.

Clothes are a big part of a free society, I think, and what you wear is so indicative of the political climate you're living in.

The press has a right to go out and write stories... but I think similarly, and what Donald Trump has proven... is that when people are wrong, he's going to hold them accountable, and he's going to correct the record.

I think the real free person in society is one that's disciplined. It's the one that can choose; that is the free one.

No one needs to tell me about the importance of the free press in a democratic society or about the essential role a newspaper can play in its community.
