I think they will flag a March move. The economy is strong enough to withstand higher rates, but there's no urgency. Next month they'll have a complete set of new forecasts, making it easier to justify a hike.

While it might be premature to pass judgment on the likely trends of Western European credit quality for the remainder of 2006, it would be rather surprising if the balance were to be redressed in favor of rising stars.

The economy is growing, and that means these companies will grow too.

Now computer companies will have a nice precedent. They just have to wait for the researcher to publish his findings -- [a] detailed technical article with maybe some code or proof of concept -- and then they will sue. And they will win.

Here, in our territory, the elections will not take place on October 30.

I am pretty sure that [researchers] will now think twice before publishing a discovery. The real losers in this case are not the companies, not even the researchers. It's the end user. The only source of information for them will be advertising and computer magazines, who survive only because of the advertising by companies.
