I think this company is destined to be a top contender in the industry. We're putting together some of the top directors and talent from all over the world and that is very exciting.

I looked and saw how it was affecting their lives and I saw how their choices made our lives more difficult.

It's so different from normal life. But it's really fun and exciting and so I like it a lot.

The tasks were kind of hard and they were related to the magazine. It was about being in the moment and on the spot your true character comes out. I think the objective was to find someone different than the typical role models.

Gap is regaining market share, and its marketing initiatives continue to benefit the company. The company last fall reduced its product assortment by 30 percent at its namesake store and at its Old Navy and Banana Republic divisions. So it's moving away from the overly fashion-forward mix and narrowing its product lines.
