I think this is one of those years where the conference is wide open. It seems like no one has an edge over anybody else because everybody is beating everybody else.

I can think of no one more appropriate or compelling than Colonel Madden to keynote the conference this year. This year's conference highlights the technological challenges facing the U.S. military services and Colonel Madden will address these challenges of achieving a net-centric environment.
