I think this was a concession to Egypt so Egypt would vote together with the U.S. and Western states: If you're going to put pressure on Iran, you're going to have to have something that will relate to Israel.

The decision will be made when the United States and Egypt together deem it to be the most appropriate way to move the relationship forward.

I don't think there's a desire on any side to deal with this militarily. I think that . . . everybody's looking to referring the case of Iran to the UN Security Council and that is what Israel is hoping for as well.
