I think to get better as a team there needs to be competition all over and we are trying to create that at all positions.

The system has basically been rigged to protect incumbents and discourage competition.

If it's competition, there's a lot more to it than consolidation. There needs to be an improved feeder system and increased pay for coaches if we are to compete with (Marion) County and suburban schools.
